Belleville City Council will meet on Monday and a speed change in the heart of the city will be on the agenda.
Council will discuss a report, which suggests changing a portion of Victoria Avenue from 50 km/h to a 40 km/h zone.
It is between George Street and Pinnacle, beside Nicholson and Saint Michael Catholic School.
Student safety, crossing the busy area, is at the heart of the talk.
Council gathers at the Build Belleville office on Pinnacle Street at 4:00 p.m.
