OPP have laid charges in connection to an October incident, where a bus full of senior citizens crashed into a ditch in Denbigh.
It happened on October 14th, around 10:00 a.m. on Highway 28, just east of Highway 41.
Investigators say many of the 50-or-so seniors on board the bus suffered minor injuries, but nobody was seriously hurt.
A charge of careless driving has been laid against the bus driver, 67 year-old Robert Bell of Stone Mills Township.
