Hastings County is stepping up its bid to attract more entrepreneurs from the big cities to set up business locally.
The idea is to develop a podcast called “I Left the City” showing business people in big cities they can move to the the county and make a living.
Economic development manager Andrew Redden says he is interviewing a dozen area residents who have left a big city and chosen Hastings County to make a living.
Redden says the podcast will be launched in 2017.
