On the 4th of December just after 1:30 p.m, members of Prince Edward OPP were notified of a possible theft from the Picton LCBO.
Staff members gave officers a description of the male suspect who was located a short distance away with the stolen bottle of liquor hidden in his jacket.
The male was subsequently identified as the suspect in previous thefts from a grocery store in October and the LCBO in November.
25 year old Corey Badgerow of Picton faces 13 criminal charges including several thefts and breaches of probation.
Badgerow will appear in bail court today in Belleville.
