The Eastern “AAA” Midget Hockey Showcase takes place this weekend in Aurora and will include the Quinte Rhino Sports Minor Midget Red Devils. The event is a showcase for OHL and Junior “A” scouts.
Quinte will play the Central Ontario Wolves at 4:30 on Saturday and the Ajax-Pickering Raiders at 2 on Sunday.
The event includes the Major Midget All Star game. Quinte McInroy Maines Red Devils coach Ben Hagerman is on the bench for the eastern squad. Devils defenseman Joe Roy and forwards Madoka Suzuki and Nate Boomhower are on the roster.
