Local food banks came out the winner, following a stop by the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train.
Thousands of dollars and a lot of food came in between three local food banks, the Brighton Fare Share, Trenton Care and Share and Gleaners Food Bank in Belleville.
At the stop in Belleville, more than a thousand pounds of food were donated, along with close to $7,500.
In Trenton, another $7,200, along with about 400 pounds of food were handed out.
Brighton also picked up more than $4,000.
Dallas Smith and The Odds were this year’s headliners, who are heading across the country making stops through the holiday season.
