A Quinte West man charged in a road rage investigation will have his day in court.
In April, Quinte West OPP report two drivers argued on the side of the Trenton-Frankford Road.
The drivers then drove off and got involved in an accident.
One of the drivers decided to leave the scene.
Both vehicles ended up in the Frankford Tourist Park and one of the passengers of a vehicle was hit by the other vehicle.
52 year old Anthony Polonio of Quinte West has been charged with Dangerous Driving, Failing to Stop at the Scene of a collision, and Criminal Negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
His trial will begin in Belleville on February 22nd.
