Thursday morning is a big morning for stakeholders in downtown Belleville.
The official ribbon cutting will take place on Phase 2 work for the village reconstruction.
The work stretched from Victoria Avenue to Bridge Street on Front, along with Victoria Avenue and Campbell Street.
It is taking place at the BDIA office at 8:00 a.m.
