A Greater Napanee area man is facing charges after a weapon was pointed at a woman over the weekend.
Around 10:00 p.m. Friday night, a woman got back to her Stone Mills home, to find her estranged husband in the house.
She says he had a weapon and threatened her.
The victim left the home and contacted police.
The Tactics and Rescue Unit was called in and a 61 year old man was arrested.
The man, who will not be named to protect the victim was charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, uttering threats and numerous weapons offenses.
He has a bail hearing today.
