A soggy mess at the Hastings County building on Pinnacle Street in Belleville today.
C-A-O Jim Pine says cold weather caused an interior water pipe to break yesterday, and a large amount of water flooded the ground floor.
The main doors on Pinnacle are closed, and entrance to the building is available only on the Church Street side.
Pine says cleanup work is underway, and the amount of damage will be determined.
He hopes everything can be back to normal by tomorrow.
