It continues to be a busy year for builders in Prince Edward County.
In October alone, 86 permits were issued with a value of just over $9.2 million.
That’s three permits more than were issued in October last year at a value of about $5 million more.
This year to date, 800 permits have been issued, with a value of more than $69.1 million, that compares to 693 to this point in 2015, which had brought in about $66 million.
