A 24-year-old Belleville man has died in hospital following an altercation on Sunday.
At midnight, city police responded to Walmsley Place in regards to a man lying in the street.
Upon arrival, police observed a man with serious injuries. Aaron Rushlow was transported to Kingston General Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
An initial investigation indicated that Rushlow and another person were in some kind of altercation and there was an interaction between the vehicle and the deceased.
