A rough start led to a bad ending for the Wellington Dukes in Pickering last night.
The Panthers jumped on Dukes rookie goaltender Cameron Lamour for 3 goals on their first 7 shots on their way to a 5-3 victory. Colin Doyle, Brayden Stortz and Brody Morris scored for Wellington as they fall to 10-3-1.
The Dukes take on the East division leading Whitby Fury tomorrow night.
In the Provncial Junior “C” Hockey League last night, the Campbellford Rebels lost 11-1 in Gananoque.
