House prices are on the rise in Belleville and Trenton, according to the latest Royal LePage house price survey.
The survey shows that the median price of a two-storey home jumped 5.8% in the third quarter of this year to $241,415.
And the median price of a bungalow saw the same increase to a price of $259,375.

Nelles says there is an upward pressure on prices creating a sellers’ market.
Nationally, the price of a home in Canada increased 12% year-over-year to $545,414 in the third quarter of 2016.
During the same period, the price of a two-storey home rose 13.7%Â year-over-year to $649,635, the price of a bungalow increased 11% to $459,481, and the price of a condominium increased 5.8% to $360,679.
