Citizens in Brighton are mourning the loss of a longtime local politician.
Al Zinck held numerous roles on Brighton Council for over 20 years and passed away from an illness earlier this week.
Former councillor Rose Ellery tells Quinte News Zinck’s personality is one of the main reasons council worked so well together back then.
Visitation will be held this coming monday Monday, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Brighton Funeral home.
