The process allowing the City of Belleville to offer grants to selected arts and culture groups has been streamlined.
At a Belleville council meeting Monday, councillor Mitch Panciuk asked for the pre-approval of 25 thousand dollars in the next years budget for the Arts and Culture sub-committee. Council supported the request.
This will allow groups to apply earlier and allow the committee to make decisions on 2017 grants early in the year.
