Traffic is backed up on the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 in Belleville following a vehicle fire.
Just before 12 p.m. a vehicle burst into flames near Mitchell Road.
Belleville fire confirms everyone managed to escape the vehicle uninjured.
The car was extinguished by multiple fire crews.
Motorists are advised to get off the 401 at Highway 37 take it to Blessington Road and back on the 401 at Shannonville Road.
