An apparent incident of road rage is headed to trial.
On Saturday April 23, 2016, Quinte West OPP reported two drivers argued on the side of the Trenton-Frankford Road.
The drivers then drove off and got involved in a collision.
One of the drivers decided to leave the scene.
Both vehicles ended up in the Frankford Tourist Park and one of the passengers of a vehicle was hit by the other vehicle.
52 year old Anthony Polonio of Quinte West was charged with Dangerous Driving, Failing to Stop at the Scene of an Accident, and Criminal Negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
The passenger was treated for minor injuries.
Polonio’s trial will begin November 23rd.
