A Colborne man has been charged, following some early morning wake ups in Norwood over the weekend.
On Sunday, around 4:30 a.m., the OPP were contacted about an intoxicated man driving on a flat tire.
Witnesses say he also went house to house knocking on doors.
26 year old Justin Tisdale has been charged with impaired and over 80 milligrams.
He has a court date next month in Peterborough.
