It was a quick investigation into a stolen A-T-V and snowmobile from west of Trenton.
Northumberland O-P-P went to a home on Smith Street in Smithfield and found both items, which were reported missing earlier in the day from a home on Goodwin Road, just a short distance away.
Two 18-year-olds, Curtis Mansfield-Pederson of Trenton and Matthew Farnden of Smithfield were charged with possesion of property obtained by crime.
Mansfield-Pederson appears in court in early March, and Farnden was held for a bail hearing today.
