A proposal to rebuild and renovate two existing rental buildings near downtown Picton is moving forward.
Prince Edward County council’s Committee of the Whole is recommending council approve a site plan control agreement approving condominiums in the buildings.
The developer plans to build 9 condos at 57 and 59 King Street.
A new parking garage will also be built.
