Crews are hard at it today as construction on 39 condominiums inside downtown Belleville’s Century Place building gets underway.
One of the three partners in the project, businessman and CJBQ commentator Ross McDougall, said it’s been a long process involving the city’s building department to get to the action stage.
A total of 39 condominium units will be built on the top 3 floors of Century Place. The first ones should be ready in about 3 months. 19 have been presold.
