Riders who took part in the MS Bike series event through Prince Edward County recently can be extremely proud of their work.
The 40 or 75 kilometre ride, which featured 228 cyclists, raised more than $175,000 to go towards multiple sclerosis research and treatments.
Organizers say that with more events planned in the London, Ottawa, Niagara and Toronto areas still to come this summer, they’re hoping for totals to get upwards of $2.6 million for this year’s ride.
