Belleville Police dealt with a pair of motor vehicle collisions yesterday.
First, just before 5, they responded to a 2 vehicle crash on Moira Street West near the intersection of Avonlough Road.
A 76 year old Belleville man received minor injuries and was later charged with fail to yield under the Highway Traffic Act. His passenger, a 78 year old Belleville woman, was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The other driver, a 38 year old Belleville woman, received minor injuries.
And after 9 last night, police responded to a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of Sidney Street and College Street West. A 55 year old Belleville woman was charged with making an unsafe turn under the Highway Traffic Act.
There were no injuries reported.
