The name of the victim in Friday night’s fatal crash in Quinte West has been released.
Just after 9:00 p.m., emergency crews were called to Hamilton Road, for the report of a multi vehicle collision.
Three people had to be extricated at the scene and all were taken to hospital.
Fifty-one-year-old Shawn Fisher of Belleville succumb to his injuries.
Another person received serious injuries, while another was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
No charges are expected.
