For the second year in a row, Belleville Mayor Taso Christopher will be taking people on a tour of the city, by bike.
The second annual “Mayor’s Ride” will start at the Market Square at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (Saturday) and wind through the city and end at West Riverside Park.
Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Promoter Tanya Hill says the Mayor has been a staunch supporter of the city’s cycling initiatives.
And she says the end of the ride will overlap the start of the annual Pedalpalooza events, being held at West Riverside.

Hill also wants to draw attention to the Bike Month Photo Contest, which she says is easy to enter.
All you have to do is take a picture of your bike and post in on Twitter or Facebook using #BOQBIKES.
You can enter that contest by tweeting or facebooking your photo, with the hashtag, before June 30th.
