A new housing development near Trenton is moving toward completion.
Yesterday (Thursday), Quinte West’s planning committee recommended council approve a final subdivision
agreement for Phase 4 of the Brookshire Meadows development off Second Dug Hill Road.
Phase 4 is the final part of the project and will feature 39 houses.
Meanwhile, the planning committee is also recommending council approve increases averaging around 3 percent to
various building permit fees.
Those fees haven’t been changed since 2013.
