Swimmers in the Wellington area will want to stay out of Wellington Bay this weekend, according to Hastings Prince Edward Public Health.
That’s because the bay, near Wellington Beach, has been posted as unsafe again due to high levels of bacteria.
Swimmers should avoid the water, or risk developing infections or other illnesses.
All other beaches in the Hastings Prince Edward coverage area are safe though.
