Napanee OPP report that a 40 year old escapee from Joyceville Institution has been arrested and is back in custody.
Roger Strome, serving 10 years at the minimum security Kingston region prison went missing yesterday.
Today (Thursday) at 12:30 p.m. Strome was arrested near train tracks in Napanee without incident.
He was in prison for dozens of break and enters.
