A 24 year-old man has been arrested after what appeared to be a routine traffic stop in Stirling-Rawdon yesterday.
Investigating officers made the stop on suspicions of a suspended driver, or invalid plates and when they spoke to the driver, he gave them a false name.
Officers figured out the man was actually wanted on a pair of warrants from OPP, relating to possession of property obtained by crime, so he was arrested and transferred to the Centre Hastings Detachment.
David Bronson Hennessey is also charged with personation with intent and obstructing police.
