Hastings County is undertaking a review of its economic development department.
This stems from the issues raised earlier this year after some councillors expressed concerns about whether or not their municipalities were getting good economic development service.
The county has hired a consultant to undertake the operational review.
CAO Jim Pine says it will be a “top to bottom analysis” looking at the tourism as well as other industries.
Pine say he expects the report to come back to council this fall.
