It appears that pulling a fire alarm is no laughing matter for local emergency officials.
Early yesterday, Belleville Fire and Police officials were called to an apartment building on Cannifton Road, after an alarm was activated.
Upon further investigation, it was revealed a woman pulled it, without there being an emergency.
A 32 year old has been charged with false alarm of fire.
She’s in court June 30th.
