A former Stirling man’s expected to enter a guilty plea in a case, where a body was found in a duffle bag last year.
31 year old Matthew Vincent Benoit was charged, after the body of a 27 year old was located near Kemptville Creek, October 14, 2015.
Benoit was charged with indignity to a human body and conspiracy to commit an indictable offense.
Two others have been charged in the case as well.
Benoit, a graduate of St. Theresa Secondary in Belleville, will enter a plea on Thursday in Brockville court.
An official with the Brockville Crown Attorney’s office says, when a court date is called to plea, a suspect usually enters a guilty plea.
