A traffic stop has led to charges against a 56-year-old man from Tweed.
On Saturday afternoon, an officer from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the OPP stopped a vehicle for a Highway Traffic Act violation on Highway 118 in Highlands East Township.
According to police a small quantity of suspected marijuana was seized in the vehicle.
The driver, Martin Bell is charged with possession, driving a vehicle with no licence and one other driving infraction.
