Residents in Brighton should prepare for a boil water advisory, starting on Monday night.
The municipality will have a scheduled water interruption, starting at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, to complete some needed repairs and staff say it will affect all customers who use the water system.
Residents are being advised to keep a supply of potable water on hand to use during the interruption, but there’s no exact timeline on how long it will last.
If you have questions about the advisory, or need more info, you can contact the Municipality of Brighton or the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Health Unit.
