A 25 year old Belleville man has been sentenced on assault charges.
Justin Ubedgrove will face a suspended sentence with conditons and be on probation for 12 months.
The sentence relates to an incident early in March in which Belleville police responded to a disturbance at a North Front Street motel.
Ubedgrove was found guilty and pled guilty to assaulting a woman and assaulting police.
Meanwhile, Ubedgrove returns to court this Friday charged with multiple assaults, one count of mischief and 3 fail to comply charges.
Those incidents occurred April 14th.
