Thousands were without power Monday morning, after an outage in Belleville.
A Veridian official says hydro went down around 9:45 a.m, after an issue at a transformer.
It affected about 2,800 residents and businesses, stretching from the downtown, through to the industrial park.
Electricity was restored around 10:30 a.m.
