Two big infrastructure projects are underway in Quinte West, and so far so good as far as the work and the budgets are concerned.
Quinte West Public Works Director Chris Angelo says both the $23 million Consolidated Public Works facility and the rebuilding and expanding of the $25.5 million Trenton sewage treatment plant are on time and on budget so far.
It’s expected the Public Works facility in the North Murray Industrial Park will be done by the spring of next year while the sewage treatment plant upgrades should be finished by the end of next year.
