Another Police Services Act hearing will continue today against a Northumberland County OPP officer.
Constable James Orser will face allegations of making a “compromising” cell phone video of a person and displaying that video to other OPP officers in 2011.
A a previous hearing, Constable Orser pleaded guilty to writing inappropriate comments on a ticket and was docked 80 hours pay.
The hearing is Monday in Orillia.
Orser has been suspended from duty with pay.
