Will such products as “Chanel” and ‘Old Spice” be banned at Quinte West City Hall??? Carol Lewis, of Quinte West, is expected to make a presentation to Council this evening about the health risks posed by perfumes and colognes……otherwise known as synthetic fragrances. Health risks include chronic headaches and respiratory conditions. She will be asking Council to make municipal buildings synthetic fragrance “free zones”. Quinte West Council meets at 6:30 tonight at City Hall in Trenton.
