Belleville council will make a decision on some major upgrades along Sidney Street, at its meeting Tuesday.
City staff is recommending Ottawa region firm, H and H Construction’s low bid of $2.3 million plus tax be accepted to replace a watermain on Sidney, from College to Maple Drive.
There would also be sanitary sewer and street upgrades done.
Four companies tendered for the job.
