The Bulls had two picks in round three.
First they went with defenceman Darrel Snelling from the Missisauga Reps.
Then they threw a curve by taking goaltender Daniel Altshuller.
The Bulls are deep in net but GM and Coach George Burnett said they couldn’t pass up on Altshuller as he was the consensus number one goalie in the draft.
Burnett re-iterated that Tyson Teichman is Belleville’s number one goaltender.
He said the only reason that would change is if Teichman isn’t ready.
It wasn’t a good year for the Quinte Red Devil Minor Midgets.
Only one player was selected.
The Bulls picked right winger Cole Bolton in the 11th round.
