Things got heated at Queen’s Park this morning ahead of Education Minister Liz Sandals visit to Sagonaska Demonstration school.
Last month, the ministry stopped accepting applications for the Belleville school that teaches children with severe learning disabilities prompting parents and teachers to believe it’s closing.
Sandals says she has begun a consultation process to try and solve low reading levels across the province.

The Sagonaska Parent Council meeting gets started at 3 p.m. and runs to 5 p.m, then Sandals will meet with parents and teachers at 6:30 p.m. at the school.
