Quinte West council is expected to decide whether or not to donate two parcels of land to charitable groups at its meeting tomorrow night.
Staff is recommending two properties, on the east end of Bay Street, be donated.
One parcel would go to Habitat for Humanity and the other to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Single family homes are proposed for both properties.
Quinte West council meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday at city hall.
