The owner of a former Picton travel agency has been charged with 13 counts of fraud.
Prince Edward O-P-P began an investigation last July into complaints World Class Travel, on Main Street, closed two weeks earlier after taking money from customers in exchange for trips that were never booked.
Thirty-eight-year-old Christine Saunders of Athol was charged with eleven counts of fraud under five thousand dollars and two counts of fraud over five thousand. She will appear in Picton Court on May nineteenth. About 40-thousand dollars was involved.
