The Quinte KKP Red Devils top their division going into the final day of the round robin portion of the OHL Cup Minor Midget Hockey Showcase in Toronto.
Quinte played the TPH Thunder based in the Southern U.S. to a 4-4 tie. Nick Zarichny scored the tying goal for the Red Devils. Madoka Suzuki scored twice. Dawson Baker the other.
Red Devils head coach Patrick Shearer wasn’t happy with his teams effort and expects better when Quinte plays the Southern Tier Admirals this afternoon. Quinte has a 2-0-1 record.
