A Tweed man faces charges after a breakin at a Belleville businesses overnight. Police were called to Jumbo Video on North Front Street at midnight, after a man was seen smashing a window at the store. He was last seen running near the Pioneer Gas Bar. Officers searched and arrested 24-year old Jeremy Kellar nearby. He’s charged with mischief.
Meanwhile, City Police also arrested a prowler, at 4:30 this morning, after the man was seen looking into vehicles on the west hill. The suspect fled on Gordon Street but was was quickly apprehended by police. 25-year old Brian Morrison faces numerous theft related charges.
