A promised retooling of Ontario’s proposed new sex education program in elementary schools may not end up making significant changes.
Education Minister and local MPP Leona Dombrowsky says part or even all of the new curriculum could be presented again.
She says most negative feedback to the original plan was from people who hadn’t read the proposal.
Premier McGuinty put the new curriculum on the back burner last week, saying parents could have been better consulted.
