The Wellington Dukes and Aurora Tigers first round playoff series is now tied.
The hometown Tigers opened the scoring with a pair of goals in the first period and never looked back, soaring to a 5-1 victory to knot the series up at two games apiece.
Matt Adams had Wellington’s only goal, while Olie Lafreniere made 22 saves on 27 shots in the losing cause.
It’s now a best-of-three series heading back to Wellington for Game 5 Sunday afternoon. Puck drop is at 2 p.m. at Essroc Arena.
