A Belleville man has been arrested in connection with a fight on Church Street. Police responded to a 9-1-1 call on Saturday night and found two men bleeding from head injuries. One man visiting a home on Church confronted another man about some alleged property damage, and it turned into a physical confrontation. Fifty-four-year-old Dragen Rogan was charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm, and appears in court on May 20th.
